How do email photos from my pictures ?

I tried to follow instructions in "my pictures",but it directed me to microsoft office,,which I'm not familiar with. However I followed directions and when it said to send, I could not locate sent button.

Can't I send on yahoo email?

click on attach file and then navigate to the picture in My pictures
