  1. They help shape you up to be a better person. When you do activities you become social, interactive, build character, skills, and you also get a good workout if your trying your best that is.


  2. Well, volleyball and other extracurriculars have helped me to be more disciplined. When you think about it it does not seem all that appealing to report to an authority figure like a coach, but you learn to work as a team and obey your coaches decision.

  3. yeah well duh, because if they didn't you wouldn't have interests and you wouldn't ever be doing anything, like developing character, skills, etc...these things make up your individualistic traits and with out them i guess your not really an individual are you? i don't see what this directly has to do with volleyball but thanks for the 2 points!
