How do feel should a WTO i.e. World Trade Organisation work?

why do u feel that WTO should work the way you've said it should

WTO is like a class room. If it consists of all good and disciplined boys it is really very very good. USA is like a class monitor. If the monitor acts with proper maturity and understanding and without fear or favor and in a convincing manner things would be fine otherwise we will succumb and get destroyed.
