How do feel when your best friend shows signs of mistrust?

My friend lied to me often to excuse much of his rotten behavior by stupid excuses. I never lied to him and deeply trusted him, but his weird attitude makes feel this friendship is one side only. He proved he only uses me when this suits him. I am keeping away and does even note it. If he is back how should I behave? I am better without having to find out why he behaves the way he does

Goddamn, I'm sorry.  It's sad that so many ppl act fake.  Slowly break ties w/ him.  Just stop texting him back or answering his phone calls, and if he wants to hang out, just come up w/ excuses.  Eventually he will get the hint, and leave u alone.  Or u could ask him to help u w/ something (he'll most likely say no), then when he needs help tell him that u can't help him.  I wouldnt reccommend that tho, b/c he will probably want revenge.  Any ways, good luck.  I hope things work out for u.

stay friends. you don't want to show him that you aren't loyal either. but if you really feel uncomfortable being his friend, just slowly grow apart. don't just start ignoring all of a sudden because that'll give him and other people the wrong idea, and you dont want this to be a group problem. just stay friends and start acting less and less of friends as time goes on. you'll end up doing your own things and hanging with the people you chose to.

Stay away and keep him away from you.  He is not a friend anymore.  He will only uses you and harms you.  He is not trustworthy and can't be trusted.  Dump him at once.

Well if your friend is treating yiu like that I really wouldn't consider him as a friend. You can hang out sometimes but he wouldnt be considering being your best friend. If he proves to you more negative stuff, dont be too concerned about it because he will only do it some more. (:

My best friends don't show signs of mistrust. If they did, then i wouldn't be calling the my best friends. I trust my best friends more than anything. You should move on, and find a friend that isn't a ********.

Just talk to him say i know you are making excuses up, but you dont need to lie to me.

i would just leave him alone and when he asks for something just say no, then when he asks why, just say, you treat me like c**p, yet you expect me to be there for you, when you are never there for me.
