Feel?  I feel horrible for those men, and there families. along with the families of the criminal.

Personally I don't see gang activity, drugs, and street violence.  (where the majority of these victims are coming from) as a gender/sexist issue.  Its a social issue. There are many groups and programs trying to help with these issues.

if your asking why "feminist" arnt fighting against this one thing.  

think of this this way....during breeding season I spend a lot of time on the beach working with sea turtles...do I hate dolphins? or whales? or seahorses? No of course not...do I see a problem for these other creatures?  Of course.  But ME personally I only have so much time to put into certain things...so I focus on feminism and my sea turtles.

no ONE person or ONE group can change the world.  It takes many hand and hearts to do so.

I find it funny, no one demands from the sea turtle group "Why arnt you helping the coral reefs!"   yet feminism is expect to fix everything wrong...from the divorce rates to murders to the taxes.

Well if you ever look at a show on Oxygen called Snapped then some of the killers are women but mostly it's gangs and men with big egos killing each other

Statistics are very twisted things.  79% because most men murder men.  (Gangs, mafia, bar fights, etc.).  

Most feminists should feel indifferent about this because they're not man haters they want equal protection under the law.  I'm not happy with the fact that men OR women are being murdered.

Having more women murdering people is not an equal opportunity any feminist would aspire to.

The fact is, men DO make up the higher percentage of murder victims, and are almost always victims of male on male violence.

Perhaps for this reason the judicial system is almost entirely structured to deal with these violent men, many of them ~ sadly ~ quite young.

And, as those who work in the prison system know, many of these violent young men are themselves victims of male on male violence from a young age ~ brutalised by adult males, perhaps even abused, they retaliate on an apparently hostile world in one of the few ways that will earn them esteem among other men ~ by being violent themselves.

One only has to witness the adulation of men such as boxer Mike Tyson to see the dynamics of this tragic situation at work.

And, as those who work in human services know, boys will listen to women only to a point. Not that this has stopped women advocating against violence.

Women have learned the hard way that we can't stop male on male violence, in fact it's hard enough to stop male on female violence without being harrassed, called nasty names and denigrated as a 'wrecker' of all men hold sacred.

When it comes to questions of maleness and male ego, boys NEED men to be good role models, to demonstrate not just non-violence but ANTI-violence, to practice non-aggressive problem solving in public places, to be brave enough to stand up and say 'no more violence, for the sake of my sons, nephews, and the boys of the world'.

However, it's pretty plain that many men would prefer to continue the 'hero myth', play soldiers and tell their sons about how 'glorious' it is to kill and be killed in some foreign land, for the enrichment of a bunch of alpha males who wouldn't drop a penny in your cup as they passed your 'homeless vet' sign on a chilly day.

Until men start working to become better role models, and stop denigrating those who try by labelling them as 'gender traitors' and the like (juvenile stuff and not helpful) I honestly cannot see how this problem can ever be addressed in any realistic way.

For crying out loud, no one should have to endure suffering in life but I am afraid that is reality. Is it women’s fault that this happens? Is it men’s fault? Mike T is right. They don't care. It would be against their agenda to waste their time on it. They care about lying and harming women into doing things that they think are good, but aren't good. They have to hype rape stats, while at the same time telling women to sleep around.

They also support women to return right to work and to put the child in a daycare after they have children. There are studies that show day care has a negative effect on children. It increases their chances for anti social personality disorder and neurotic disorders (depression, anxiety disorders, phobias, personality disorder like borderline pd and obsessive compulsive p.d., and obsessive compulsive behaviors) later in life.  

Feminist have done a good job making America and the rest of Western Civilization more neurotic than we were in 1933 when the great Karen Horney wrote The Neurotic Personality of Our Time.

I would think men would grow up and confuse themselves less with really weird and bitter "Why aren't more women murdered, toooooo's" and start acting like rational men and . . . gasp . . .  maybe even leaders if we all click our heels three times by asking why the vast majority of murders of men or women and children and all other lifeforms on this planet are committed by MEN and help resolve that problem rather than wallow in blame-levels of immature consciousness.
