  1. Hello,

if they get licky they dont hurt themselves but its very hard not to get hurt and please do not try it because i dont want you to get hurt

  2. They are very lean and strong for their size and flexible so they can absorb shock of landing and know how to aim their flow so they don't land hard - notice how often they roll or tumble coming off a big drop.

Oh, yes, they know how to endure pain because they do get hurt, scraped and cut.

  3. you have to learn how to roll when you fall to transfer your energy into the ground properly.  This is _DANGEROUS_ to teach yourself.  its a great way to get hurt.

  4. with lots and lots of skill

  5. They know how to land properly. It also hurts less if you keep the momentum and don't stop moving (rolling).

  6. they do get hurt but they learn how to land right my dad was a free runner and hes fine because he practised falling and landing right

  7. They're mutants.

    ever seen x-men?

  8. They have learned to take the impact of the land.  Airborne soldiers and skydivers learn this in the courses they take for skydiving/jumping.

  9. It does hurt them, but they have so much adrenaline running through them at the time they don't notice.

By the time they are 60 they will have such bad knees.

  10. Technique. See how they tend to roll as they land. By doing this, they are transferring the energy from the fall into rolling energy. Since rolling doesn't hurt them, they can land safely.

  11. right, what they/ we do, is we make sure we transfer all our weight into our fall. we land uncompressed, straight, but loose, so that we dont crush out bones. when we get to the floor, we crunch up so that all our momentum gets used up. to make sure, we roll (like james bond :P)

    hope it helps
