Hi! There are 5 metro's lines in Barcelona and everyone are connecting. So the nearest metro's stop from Barcelona Bus Station is "arc de triomf" red line (or line1).Then on Sants Coach Station there is a metro's stop called "sants estació" here there are two connection: the green one (line3) has exit on Sants and the blue one (line 5) has exit near calle viriat.
