  1. Seriously, crack open an egg and separate the yolk. Take the yolk and mix it then place on your face like a mask. It truly works wonders. The yolk has vitamin A and that is what draws the oil out. I promise this is not a joke, it really works.

  2. Most people catch a "ride" on the bus to school. I'm not sure riding acne would get you there on time, if at all.

  3. Proactive is very good.

  4. My dermatologist prescribed me differin gel and a peroxide face wash -- it has worked very well for me. If you parents have health insurance for you this should cover most of the cost. Differin did have a $25 coupon on their website, I'm not sure if it is still there.

You should ask your parents to take you to a dermatologist, he/she will be able to help you.

    Good Luck!

  5. i don't know

  6. Proactiv works very well for many people.

I also use Clean & Clear Continuous Acne Control. It comes in a dark purple bottle and has Benzoyl Peroxide in it, just like Proactiv does. These are the things I would recommend.

  7. neutogena rapid clear acne spot treatment gel.[[something like that]]

    works over night=]

  8. I tried clearisil for the longest time. Didn't work. So, don't try anything in the store, obviously nothing works for you. Don't try proactive either, as much as it's helped a few people, on more it completely ruins their skin - better safe than sorry.

Instead, ask your doctor for some stronger prescription medicine. It'll take some money to go do that, but that's what I did and I certainly don't regret it. She gave me benzaclin, a kind of topical cream I put on my face every night, and in a few weeks I got great results. Whatever you use to treat the acne that's already there, you need to keep more from coming at the same time. Acne is caused by inflammation, and one of the ways to keep inflammation in your body down is by taking a teaspoon of cod liver oil daily. I know, gross, and it tastes worse than it sounds. But whatever works, right?

  9. Well this site has alot of home made solutions to help you remove your pimples in a week add or take a few days.

  10. I'm 23. I've tried everything as well (including proactiv, which did not work). The only thing that worked for me was going to the dermatologist. It was great and inexpensive. Just don't go to a "hollywood" typed place because they will try to prescribe all of the high-priced name brand medicines. But nurses and doctors both know that the generic brands are made by the same companies and they work the same for less the price. Always ask for the generic if your doctor tries to give you the name brand.

P.S.  It is a MYTH that eating certain foods can cause you to break out. Food allergies can cause you to break out, but eating the food itself can not. Unless you touch your face after eating the food, it can not cause a break out just by eating it.

  11. neutrogena

    acne free

    proactive

    clean and clear

    clearisil

  12. I use some really good Neutrogena things(or how ever u spell it)

  13. I just bought this acne face wash Clean & Clear Continious Control Acne Cleanser. It got all really good reviews so I gave it a try and I've been using it for about a month now and it's been working great! I swear to God almost all of my acne is gone. I have only like 2 or 3 pimples left on my whole face! The best part is that they sell it at the drug store for only like 5 or 6 dollars =)

The only drawback though is that it has 10% benzoyl peroxide which is a very high amount considering that most drug store acne medications only have about .5% - 3% so it does burn your face a bit. It also dries out your face so you would need to pair it with a really good moisturizer.

And a few extra tips to stay acne-free:

*Drink LOTS of water! I really helps to keep your face clear.

*Eat lots of fruits and veggies and other healthy foods. None of that garbage McDonald's or greasy stuff.

*Always try to keep your stress levels to a minimum. If you have a really hectic life (like many of us do the first few weeks before and during school) try just hanging out for a bit and relaxing or maybe picking up a stress relieving hobby like yoga.

    Good luck<3

  15. proactive.

  16. peroxide

  17. I like the clearasil daily scrub.  Make sure it's the scrub stuff though.  I'd only use it like every other day though and just rinse with water on the other days.

  18. Grow good self-esteem.

  19. A good way to get rid of your acne is by eating less sugary and fatty foods and by washing your face on a regular basis with any acne product really.

Some people have acne in their genes so it may be harder to get rid of, but if you stay healthy and wash regularly you should notice a definite decrease in your outbreaks

  20. You should go to the dermatoligists

  21. stress free, regular sleeping time, junk food free, stay hydrated
