If you're asking how to ask your horse to lope, the usual method is to pull on the outside rein, push with your outside leg, and kiss.  It also works to have your horse bent around your inside leg (like when you're going in a semi-small circle) and then squeeze with your legs (or just push with your outside leg) and kiss.
