The girls at the small brothels from the small towns from northern and northeastern states, they keep talking about Help all the time.

These women comes from rural areas trying to maximize their income.  Help is a known place, however there's better joints to go if you want to get better p****.  A lot of them tell their families they work with sales, they stay away for 1 month maybe two and come back with $; it's a sad situation because many would not do it if the god d**n country and it's politicians would do what's right for the country.

Many have to support their whole family including grand ma, pa, mom, dad, cousins and so forth. SAD
