How do guys feel about dating younger girls?

I like a boy who is 1 grade ahead of me and I sometimes feel like he wouldnt go for me because im younger than him. Do guys really feel that way?

guys usually aim for younger girls, just don't let him take advantage of the fact that your younger than him. (like try to pressure you to do stuff)

um, no, quite the opposite, for the most part. my husband is 7 years older than i am! i have always dated guys 2 or 3 years older. i have only dated 1 guy my age, and i regreted that!! i have never been with a younger guy. it's quite normal for guys to be a few years older than their girls.

I think you're over-thinking it. Every guy has his own preference, if you will. I really like asian women. One of my buddies loves older, more mature, moms basically (Like women between 40 and 50, and he's only almost 23). One of my other buddies does like younger girls. So, I mean every guy is a little different when it comes to taste in women.

Guys always like to go for younger girls, but it often depends on their maturity level. At an older age, 20+, age often isn't important however it seems like you are probably in high school and this guy might be worried about what his friends will say.

younger or older.  it does not matter as long as the age difference is not too big.  it may be important for a guy in high school to find a girl younger than him so it is more like he is the man in the relationship.  if a high school guy were to date a girl older than him, he may feel more like just a boy

Lots of guys go out with younger girls, and it's opposite too. I went out with someone 3 months younger than me. It's no big deal, unless they're about 20 and you're 14.

1 grade ahead - sometimes at that age it seems like a bigger difference and there's more status to be with same grade or older "experienced" girls.

IT depends on the guy and the girl. My current boyfriend is 7 years older than me. Before that i dated a guy who was 17 years older than me. YIKES! i know that sounds crazy but when it all narrows down to it, its not about your age, but your maturity...and what you each bring to each others lives.
