  1. They prepare before they go into space with training.

  2. Astronauts undergo very rigorous training for many years before going in to space.  Often they train underwater in space suits so they can get used to the zero gravity conditions of space.  They also train astronauts to handle the high g stresses imposed when the shuttle is taking off or performing a quick manuever in space.  Hope this helps.

  3. Slowly!

  4. Quite poorly. Despite the fitness and the training, our bodies are evolved to function in gravity. Muscle deteriorates very fast. I can rememember a Russian being taken away on a stretcher after being in space for a year. He simply couldn't walk. Space Agencies are always looking to provide some sort of resistance exercises to maintain muscle mass and strength.

  5. Poorly

  6. quite simple, THEY DON'T! humans need oxygen for respiration all of the time, that can never change. oxygen is needed to release energy in respiration. although humans can respire anaerobically, they can only do this for a short amount of time as it release much less energy and creates lactic acid which is harmful to us.

  7. um, idk human beings dont live in space, duh
