how do i whiten my teeth? ok i'm only 14 and on a buget so not any thing that would cost money

Hi dear ,I am totally agree with the backing soda brushing it's a very good idea ,and also recommend that stay away from black tea, and  strongly I hope you are not smoking cigarettes that is your health and  beauty #1 one enemy ,no matter what never stop smiling good luck

Well don't use whitening strips... the don't work. (at least the crest ones)

You could try using a whiteninging toothe paste but. But they aren't good for your teeth... (they make them very thin.)

Try using baking soda as your toothe paste, everyone i know who uses baking soda has pearly whites. Also make sure you floss every night and use a mouth wash

I'm almost positive that your mom will have baking soda somewhere in the house. FIND IT. When you brush your teeth (twice a day please), put toothpaste on your brush, and then wet the whole thing. Dip it into the baking soda and brush normally. It won't taste good, but you will have perfectly white teeth in a week! It's the best, cheap, effective and natural way to brush. Also, brush hydrogen peroxide on them every 3 days. Stay away from sodas, coffee and dark drinks, as they won't help a bit. Good luck, have fun, and stay beautiful ♥

Baking Soda removes stains. If you add some to your toothpaste it will whiten your teeth. BUT! it tastes awful and can leave your teeth uneven in color if you don't rub it in well. I would suggest going for some whitening strips--they aren't too expensive.
