Click the blue "join this group" button on the right hand side of the page or send a message to:

if it's a closed or not listed group, guessing you'd need an invite

What you have given is an email address.  You can join that group's email list by sending a personal email from your computer's email program to [e-mail]  If accepted, you will only be able to send and receive group messages - you will not be able to sign in to the group and participate in group's features.  

If your email is returned to you as undeliverable, the [e-mail] is either not a good address to begin with or that group is "closed" and requires an invitation from the group owner. I did not find the group in Yahoo Group Search so this might be the case in this instance.
