How do i access my answerphone messages? ?

I have a Virgin Media landline with an answering machine service, but I can't figure out how to get to my messages. Do I have to a dial a certain number like with BT Callminder? I've tried to ring VM and ask, but the lines are busy with a 20 minute estimated wait time.

Did you not get a user handbook with your phone? if so read it,you will be amazed at the information you can learn from it, If not go to the web virgin site and ask them, have the type and model of phone at hand so they can help you better
