How do i achieve this affect in my photos ??

Why would you want that effect on your pictures, and yeah it is photoshop, I'm assuming.

It looks like they increased the saturation & softened or blurred it some.  There are different ways of doing it depending on what photo editing program you use.

if you have phtoshop,

download this:

To install and use these, (unzip them first) all you do is open Photoshop, access the "actions" palette, drag and drop the action into an empty spot in the actions palette. Once you do that all you do is click the little arrow to expand the action and then click on the first step in the action and hit the little play button on the bottom of the action palette.

if you dont like the color balance just go to layers then merge visible and after that go to image>adjustments>variations and add more red or yellow or whatever floats your boat and it should come out looking great!!! hope this helps!!

also the guy made his skin very clear by using the blur tool in photoshop i know exactly how to do this effect if you want you can email me the pic and ill do it for you!! ^_^

that depends which photo editing software you are using.

unless youre talking about getting your friends to pose for goofy nerdy silly pics while making fools of themselves..... that a whole different answer.
