well not only you did a good thing, you also should delete files on the same window where you deleted the cookies......dont forget to check mark the box (delete all offline content)....this should be a daily thing to-do.....or at least once a week...good luck

cookies can't be activated, they are just info saved from websites that you've visited. They vary from saved passwords to ones that track ur web activity (which aren't that good for your computer). don't worry about it; deleting cookies saves some space on ur computer.
