How do you add a coment on another persons question?

I don't think you can until a question is placed in voting or is resolved. Then the add comment option will appear.

Unlike some other sites, here at YA you don't just "comment" on people's questions and/or answers. You can only answer the question. Then, when the question is finally RESOLVED, comments can be made directly UNDER the Best Answer selection, but most people don't bother -- and most people don't go back and LOOK to see if there really are some.

I don't think you can, since it's their question, not yours.

I don't believe you can do that - you can answer the question, if you have already answered the question and want to add something else, just edit your comment.

If after the best answer is selected you can comment, but I don't know if anyone goes back there to read them.

Again, just a guess, I don't know for sure.

Answer the question and place your comment in the answer if the question is accepting answers.  If it is in voting I don't think you can add a comment.  And if the question has already been resolved, all you have to do is click on the option right underneath it.
