How do i add a paypal donate button to my youtube?

I have the html code for the button but everytime i put it in my profile it just comes up as text im doing this to adopt a hedgehog from my local shelter but theirs a fee and really wanna give the cute little guy a home but i cant put the button their help!

yeah yeah i love sonic so that 1 reason why i love hedgehogs so much really just i learned about hedgehogs from sonic but their so cute :P

You can't add HTML to YouTube, what you should do is like set up a free site with Freewebs.com, set it up in HTML mode, add you code in a page, then with Annotions, tell them to go to that site to donate. All the page would have is a donate button.
