  1. if your basement is below the sewer from your house the only way to do it would be to pump it up to the sewer line you could use a barrel and a sump pump make sure you get a pump that can handle particles preferably up to 1/2"

  2. A good plumbing supply shop should be able to set you up with a grey water pump in a small tank that will let you put your washing machine in the basement.  The machine empties into the tank, the pump inside pumps the water up to the nearest sewage line.  You might be able to find something like this at a Home Depot or Lowes, not sure, but a plumbing shop will definately have one or know where to get one.

  3. You can tie it into your house drain if you have public sewer, wouldn't do it if you have septic system. You could drain it into a utility sink if you have one. Or if you live in the country or somewhere other than say a city and somewhere to run a hose, you can drain it out a window into the yard. I have septic and the washer runs out underground to french drain in front yard. I've also rented a house in the country where landlord ran drain hose up and out through the wall into a patch of high weeds.

  4. You can't. You have to have somewhere to drain the water. Are you sure there is no drain at all, no utility sink? If you don't have a way to drain the washing machine then no, you can't put it there.
