How do i add new apps the my ipod touch?

First make sure you have purchased downloaded the iTouch 2.0 update allowing you to sync apps onto your iTouch. Now go and download a free or buy an app from the iTunes App Store. Once you've done this connect your iTouch and click on it in the devices section. Select the tab that says Applications and press sync near the lower right corner. Allow it to sync and enjoy your new app!
