How do i add photos in my email?

can i add photos in my emails w/o adding them as attachments? i know how to add attachments, but i would like to send them and the recipient be able to view them w/o taking time to download every one.

usually it will say e-mail this to a friend :)

go to add attachment, browse, and find your photo then click ok :)
