How do i add pics to my questionS?

You need to have your photo on a site like photobucket or flickr and copy the url link under the photo and right click and paste it in your question/answer as the link below.

first you must open a "yahoo!360" page then add you picture in there , you can go to 360.yahoo.com then sign up and add a picture , then come to "yahoo! answers" and go to "my profile" then "edit my info" and select you yahoo 360 main pic to add it
