How do i add "rebirthing" to a maple story private server?

I just made a maple story private server, called CrashedMS, and i need to know how to change the exp rate, add rebirthing to an npc, and how to make it public so people can join it... i have a website, sinec thats what Private server makers usually make to put a download button/link to download their Private Server...

-I need help changing/upping the exp rate of the monsters and quests.

--I need help adding "rebirthing" to an npc to rebirth at lv.200.

---And finally, i need help with putting it someone where so people can download the server files and join the server to play it.
