How do i adjust my front fork suspension on my yahama yz250f?

its an 05, the front forks are just way too hard for my weight, i weigh about 135

  3. yeah i suggest u find the middle of the soft to hard seting by turning the "notch" all the way to soft and count how many clicks there are between the last click on the soft side and hard then find the middle and then try the middle and adjust to suite ur needs but never adjust more than 2 clicks at a time when adjusting

Haha, you took my advice from your previous question.  (i should get best answer) anyways, there is a notch that you turn with a s***w driver on top of your forks, just below your bar pad.  It should say S<->H (S standing for soft and H standing for hard) turn the notch thing towards soft bunch of times, it should click each time.  Hit a few jumps and then adjust it depending on what happens... hope that helped.
