How do i adjust the speed of my toro self propelled mower?

toro 20007 mulch or bag self propelled.

I hold up the handle with less pressure, or sometimes I use a bungie cord and tie it up.   Then sometimes I just chase after it till it's all done.  LOL

Most self propelled mowers do not have an adjustment for controlling how fast it moves. The only way to speed it up or slow it down is to adjust the motor speed. That is not recommended. The mower was adjusted for best performance, power, and gas consumption at the factory.  Personally I'd leave it alone.
