How do i advertise?

i am a member of another yahoo group which is similar to mine, but i want to advertise MY group so that i can drop the old one. So how would i go about doing this?

It takes time to build up a membership when first starting a Yahoo group. Here are some suggestions on how to advertise your group:

-Ask all of your friends and family to join your group and ask them to tell others about it.

-Add a signature on your email - include the link to your group in the signature.

There are Yahoo groups that are set up specifically for group owners to promote their groups. You should join one or more of them to advertise your group.  You probably will get a lot of new members. Here are links to a few of them:

add the promote code to other web pages you may have
