u need to buy a boost controler but be careful not to set the psi to high or youll blow ur turbo and damage ur engine

you dont and if you buy a boost controller to adjust the boost you will blow the turbo

if you want more boost get some proformance software like revo that will let you achieve higher boost out of your stock turbo
