  1. your car needs a wheel alignment, take and have it done and they will line your steering wheel up when it's aligned.

  2. You may need some new front end parts so you should probably take it to an alignment shop.  The will tell you if you need new parts and they can realign your steering so your wheel is straight.  Be sure and mention the wheel is off center when you talk with them.

  3. take it to a tyre shop to do a wheel alignment-  you can't do it without the equipment.

  4. You have to take it to a mechanic. They hook it up to a special machine that does the alignment.

  5. It's not something you can do by yourself, you need a mechanic to do an alignment, you need the proper equipment to do it. It should only take a good mechanic an hour to do and it should only cost $50-$70. That is of course if every thing is "okay", as in as long as none of your suspension parts are blown or damaged.

  6. Your front end is out of alignment, that's why it is off center.
