How do i answer this question in a job interview?

Question

i hate this question: "why should we hire you?"

how do you answer that? especially when you have no prior experience in the field?

If you have no experience, talk about your positive personal qualities. Things like a willingness to work hard, that you are dependable and willing to be a team player and do your job to the best of your ability. You don't neccessarily have to have experience to get an entry level job, but you do need to tell them that you will be a dependable and hard working employee. Maybe talk about being friendly and helpful if the job includes customer contact. Things like that. Good luck!

"Because I believe I have the skills and drive to enable Dinkins Widgets to become the best-selling widgets in the state...do you have any concerns I could address that are making you doubt that I am the person you need?"

Because I work hard, follow instructions well, and learn quickly.  A year from now, your only question will be why you didn't hire me sooner.

The other question that people got stuck on: "What's your biggest weakness".  My friend Michelle had a great answer (it just popped in her head):  "Chocolate"

Well, first be honest by telling the interviewer that you have never done this before, but, you think you are a very conscientious, trustworthy, friendly person and a quick learner and you think you would make the company a good employee. If you think your chances of not getting the job by saying you have never done this before, wait to be asked that question. Then, you would have to say it or risk being fired after you are hired and they are dissatisfied with your performance. Hopefully, they would have a training program for all their employees and it wouldn't matter in the long run if you have done this type of work in the past or not. Good luck.
