how can i make music and images on my computer into wallpaper and ringtones for my cell.there is supposed to be a site for this but i dnt remember the url.anyone know?

This worked well for me. Allows you to pick the part of the song you want to use. Free and paid. Free is a little slow though but it will get the job done.
