How do i apply eye liner?

Question

Thing is, i have never worn it. but i want to so bad! and i do have a party to go to. oh yeah and i'm 13.

well....i cant really explain it on the internet, ya know???u should ask ur mom, or a friend that wears it how...or look up a video on youtube or something on how 2 do it....its overall pretty simple 2 do.....the most i can say is to line ON TOP of your bottom eyelashes, not under them....might seem scary but its not.....doing the top takes a little practice, but best of luck;)

i kno that this will sound weird but it is wat i do  -  pull down on ur cheek so that ur lower eyelid will come down and put a very small line across it! - Dont use to much ir then it wont look as good - this is what i look like
