  1. Call your local WIC office and tell them you would like to make an appt to get on wic. They will tell exactly what you need to bring which is typically: your id, birth certificates for your children or a slip from your doctor saying your prego, income info and a sheet saying what you or your child ate how much and what time. When you call you can ask what the income requirement is for your family size!

  2. Depends on your family size.  You count as one, each child as one and if you're pregnant your baby counts as one too!  If you are on Medicaid that's usually all you need to qualify.  They will want paycheck stubs or some proof of income (yours or your husband or boyfriend if he lives with and supports you), possibly proof of residency and of course, bring the baby if you've already had it.  Children under 5 count too.  Did you go to the website I am putting a link to?  Hope this helps!

  3. I live in california.  I believ the limit for a family of 2 $25000/yr or $13/hr.  I dont know above that.

Take to the office: ID, proof of address, proof of income for all members, proof of pregnancy (if pregnant), if newborn (the card on the hospital bed that says his birth weight, name, etc), your child, and I believe thats it.

  4. Bring your picture ID and proof of income. I don't know what the income requirements are in California. WIC's income limits are usually pretty high though.

  5. wat ever town your in you have to go to social services, proof of income id, and any bills you pay oh yae and proof of address
