How do i apply for canadian visa if i have a work permit?

i've been granted a work permit for canada and am now trying to organize a visa,but dont know which one or how to apply for it,i also need to a s.i.n but dont know how.i've been on the internet all morning but having no luck,can anybody help me with this? pleeeeease.
