You need to go to your counties Department of Health & Human Services. They will review your annual income, and living situation, to determine if you apply, and if so, how much they can assist you with. What ever you do, don't lie about anything, that's a federal offense, because you're dealing with government money and tax dollars.

I'd say you have to look up your local DSHS office. That's the Department of Social and Health Services. I believe they can help you from there. Google DSHS and your location and that'll be a start.
