Use a black eyeliner on your bottom waterline. Then, very carefully apply liquid liner in black on your top lid. Aim to get it as close as possible to your top lashes. I recommend doing it in pencil first, then going over it with liquid. Then use a black shadow and apply it with a brush all over the lid. As she did, use black shadow again and apply it from the lid, and out to the outer corner of your eye. Only do this on half of your crease. (the half thats closer the the outer corner) Then, on the inner part of your crease, use a pearly white shadow and apply it with a brush brushing out. go over all of your shadow carefull with a makeup brush to blend it. Then apply a black mascara on your top lashes only. Good luck! =]

get some liquid eyeliner and an angle brush. put the eyeliner on ur hand and use the angle brush to apply it. Put it on thick on the top and bottom lid, but make it 'wing' out and the outside of your eye.
