  1. I included a link below to University Language Services. There's a series of essays about different graduate degrees and what to look for in graduate schools.

    Best of luck!

  2. If you are trying to tailor a college/university to suit you then I would recommend using the Princeton Review (the website is below). This website allows you to imput your needs such as size of college, price, location, courses and various other aspects.

You don't have to choose one of the colleges or universities it suggest but it will at least give you something to work with since you have no actual preferance in regards to a specific institution.

Now with regards to applying, this is simple, just visit the website for the university(ies) you are interested in and look at the admission for international students section and here it will give you all of the information you require including the application forms, cost, process and the documentation required to apply for admission to that school.

If you want to know what course or programs are available at a specific university then, again simply visit the school's website and click on 'acedemics' this will show you all the courses and programs that the school offers.

Once you have applied and been accpeted the school will issue you with what is known as an I-20 and with this you must then pay the $100 SEVIS fee (this is done online) and then schedule an interview at the U.S. Embassy in London for your F-1 (student) visa.

The link to the Princeton Review and various other websites that offer you various information are below.

  3. E-mail the colleges you are thinking about and I know they will spend you the info.  Good Luck.
