How do i as a moderator give another member as moderator?

I am created a group and i m the moderator.Now i want to make another member of the group as a moderator. how can i do this. pls reply me

From the list on the left, click Members and locate the member on the Members page.

Click Edit Membership.

A little way down, click Change to Moderator.

Click on the Make Moderator button to confirm.

To create another moderator for your group you go to the settings of the member you asked to be moderator and said yes to change their setting.  When you go in to their settings you will see two options: "Change to moderator" and "Change to Owner".

Click on "Change to Moderator".  When that screen opens up it will show you several options to choose from.  After you choose what privileges that you want them to have click on "Save" and then a few minutes after that the member that is now a moderator will get a notice in their e-mail saying that their membership status has been changed.  When they open the e-mail it will tell them that their status is now to be a moderator.
