  1. tell her everything is gonna be okay, and that you are there for her, if she needs any advice or anything :)

  2. i would suggest getting her alone and, looking her in the eye, tell her you've noticed how sad she's been lately and you just want to help her. if it is a death then i would suggest a photo-book or just reminiscing about the lost loved ones because nothing cures a grieving heart like good memories.

  3. first hang around her and observe her actions. after doing that try to hang and chill with her. then slowly and casually say if anything is wrong she could always talk to you. make sure not to force her into talking. try different ways to approach the subject.

  4. First of all you seem very concerned, which is good.If it where myself i would watch her and make sure she is really depressed or sad due to her loss and yours I am sorry.Hang with her and if she acts strange ask her straight up what is wrong???She may not say right away however i am sure she will know she can come to you due to the fact you see there is something wrong.Build her trust ,then ask her.Let her know she can trust you, that's the first step.

  5. Ask her if she's happy???

  6. You may have to be straight forward with her,

just ask her if everything is okay..

but you yourself have to be ready for her response.

With her response, no matter what she may say,

don't overreact with it, just take it in slowly, and then respond as calmly as you can.

let me know how that goes! good luck, dear!
