How do i ask to get my eyebrows waxed?

ok so its just my dad and i living together. im 16 yrs old. i wanna get my brows waxed but i don't really want to ask my dad. that would be kinda ackward i think. so i was thinking when i get my hair cut i could also get my eyebrows waxed too. he wouldn't mind i think, anyway, id pay for it. but when i get there, how do i ask the ppl there to get by brows waxed? will they look at me weird b/c im alone or wat?the whole thing feels kinda akward. any suggestions would be great:D

I worry about these kinds of things too. I worry that they're gonna like look at me weird or something. It's unnerving.

But, really, don't worry about it.

Just ask the receptionist lady, or someone who works at the salon, if they do eyebrow waxing. And if they do, just say that you'd like to have them waxed in addition to your haircut.

Just ask if they do eye-brow shaping, if they do then let the beautician know you want them waxed - but keep them looking natural(ish), the worst thing is if they are done too thin. Don't be nervous, loads of people get their eyebrows done, I get mine shaped - they'll look fab as long as you go to someone good. Good luck. x

When you get there and they ask you what you want done you tell them and then say can I also get an eye brow wax. It would even be better if you went to a nail salon to get a pedicure they will ask and you say I want a pedicure and an eyebrow wax. I know your nervous but it will be fine. Your dad probably wouldnt notice you did it anyways. GOOD LUCK!

if you can call ahead of time and say you want to add a service at the end of your haircut, and if youre at a salon already, just say that after your haircut,  you were hoping to have your eyebrows waxed. its not at all weird that youre alone, why would it be? people get beauty services done everyday by themselves, so you being alone wont even be a thought to the stylist or receptionist. and its not like youre getting a bikini wax, so running it by dad shouldnt be too awkward. but if you dont feel comfortable talking to your dad about it, just ask the receptionist at the hair salon if they do eyebrow waxing, and if so, youd like to have it done after your haircut. and if its your first time, tell them that, and they will help you with the shape and how thick or thin they are.

Your stylist is not going to think anything weird about you asking to get your eyebrows waxed - it's very common.  When you get to the salon or call for your hair appointment, just say I'd like to have my eyebrows waxed too.
