How do i avoid ad pop ups ?

Question

These ads r not the website pop ups ( you get a pop up when you visit a site) they are getting opened every 5 mins and are from same site : adserver.com or adserver5.com something like that.

I didn't downloaded anything but i think i clicked on a link or javascript which i entered sent to me by someone.

I want to know how can i remove these ads pop ups as it is very irritating and some of them are very bad in taste.

Use kaspersky internet security 2009 or internet security 7.0 versions (full versions-Licensed one but not the pirated versions) also install google toolbar. Ur problem dosent repeat again... If you want I can help you in getting a licensed key for internet security .

Please, scan ur computer for possible addwares.Some pop ups aren't malicious, so anti syware won't remove them. U can install a new version of Internet Explorer(7) which removes pop ups significantly. But, 1st thing u must do is 2 remove the addware. Use SPYWARE DOCTOR,which is the most efficient AS. It's free when u buy it via GOOGLE PACKAGE which enables u to download other security programs, such as Norton Anti virus. GOOD LUCK!
