  1. Hi,

Airlines have a system set up to assist you.  When you check in tell the reservation clerk that you are concerned about getting lost during the stop over.  Ask if she could please call ahead to make sure that you have some assistance.

When you get on the plane and are settled in your seat and take off has happened etc. and the stewards or stewardess have finished their immediate jobs, be sure to ask one for assistance.

Explain that you are concerned about getting lost during the stop over....ask if they could give you advice or call ahead so that some assistance will be there for you.

I have used this method several times - and each time the company arranged to have someone meet me and escort me to the next flight.

If you do not need to change planes during the layover...then all you need is some advice about how to be sure you are back at the correct gate before your flight leaves.  Again the company will offer you assistance here...good advice etc.

They are especially sensitive to the needs of travelers under age 18, so you should get good support.

    Enjoy your trip.

  2. Usually kids under a certain age are accompanied by an airline associate... if not then just ask a gate agent how to get to your next gate.
