  1. ankle weights...proper small ankle weights from a sporting store....your feet will begin to adapt, as will your running style, so will your movements...every stride becomes stronger as does every jump...train with them on all the time and take them off to play the games...you will be sore, but like everything, you can get used to it...it's actually very simple...don't use them if you have poor knees or ankles...consult a physician...


  2. If your small, work on your agiliity and speed, like the rope ladder drill, take small steps help keep your feet moving fast and on the old occasion work on stergth so you can stiff arm!!

  3. Don't get tackled.
