Strangely enough you WRITE to the Human Resources Manager at their depot in Poplar and they will let you know the requirements - but be warned, life's not just wandering about on a train and closing the doors at stations - there's a lot more to the job than that ! ! !

visit the dlr website and look under jobs, you would be there to drive the toy train in emergency so would need significant training.

The DLR is operated by Serco-NedRail. The web sites for Serco and DLR do not show any information of jobs so you will have to contact them by email or phone.

Have a look at their website for recruitment opportunities.  Shouldn't be too difficult - DLR trains are fully automated and they let small kids sit in the driving seat when they pull out of the Lewisham terminus.

Hi there I have attached the TfL website for the DLR if you look at the bottom of the page you will see in small lettering jobs. try there as DLR staff are employed by TfL. (If you are cleaning staff at engineering then you would be employed by SERCO)
