  1. just start running lol running every night and trust me you will get better.

  2. Run more at home or whenever you can. Just go out on jogs and maybe do laps around your house or whatever..practice makes perfect..the more you run the better you are at it.

  3. it comes natural i love running i run at home, at pe, at school, everywhere I LOVE IT!!

  4. Ask your coach to get a large dog to chase after you. If you don't run fast enough it will rip your head off.

  5. Just swear at the older kids and they will chase you lol and you will learn that way lol

    Only joking

I suppose if you do a run in your local park and try to time yourself. If you take seconds away from your last time then you should be progressing.

    Good luck (Practice makes perfect)

  6. practice, practice, practice!!!!!!

  7. run!

try to get out and run whenever you can!

  8. Go on long runs to increase your lung capacity, and exercise at a local gym or ymca to build muscle for running.

  9. (if u want to be a fast sprinter) two times a week do short sprints like 20 yards and two times a week do longer sprints like 100 yards. also do some lunges to give your muscles a work out. this might sound weird but people that have more muscle run faster

for longer distance start of taking a slow 2 mile run and slowly go a little faster try an get someone to go with you. you should be able to talk to that person the whole time. after a while  take longer runs like 5 mile.

as for now just take cabs be for u go like cereal or noodles.  take an orange like 30 minutes be for you go too

  10. A sword is quenched in fire, a fighter while fighting, the same applies here, to run fast one must keep running and never stop), it's all rhetoric but there is some truth in it, just remember about your precious heart and don't strain yourself too much, good luck.

  11. It is all about endurance. A little longer and a little faster each day should do the trick.

  12. just go out to the track field and run, push your limit, to the max, to the extreme. still though, don't worry about it to much, tennis isn't a 5k type game.

  13. Maybe you have sports nduced asthma and that is making you struggle for breathe.

Just run as much as you can :]

  14. Learn to coordinate your breathing. Before anything, that is the most important skill. In through the nose, out through the mouth. Once you get that down, start pushing yourself to run faster than normal every day while doing laps. Eventually, you will see yourself running fast then your old running speed.

    Good Luck!

  15. The best thing to do is to work on your breath. When you're running keep focused on it, breath with your belly, the rest will follow! Hope this helps...

  16. Punch a policeman in L.A.

You'll run your little *** off

  17. just start running every day.  start running 1/2 a mile.  then 1 mile.  then 2.  if your not a runner i would suggest you do no more than 2.  if you can run a fast 2 miles, you can do a couple of laps really easily!  you'll also feel better and healthier.  also try not to eat as much junk food.  eat more fruits and veggies.  you will definately be faster!

  18. wear heavy ankle thingies (dont know what its called sry)

while jogging everyday for 5min then the next day 6min and so on.
