  1. Holidayshub being your ideal e-guide has brought you some most important and very basic Rugby World Cup 2007 Tournament Rules.

Scoring in the game of the rugby starts by achieving a try or a goal. When a player places the ball in the opponent's in-goal area, a try is scored. According to the Rugby World Cup 2007 Tournament Rules a try will bring 5 points and can add 2 more points if player makes an unbeaten place kick or drop kick. In case of a penalty kick, player can score 3 points for the team. The rule of rugby also specifies that on passing rugby ball forward a ban can be put. Hence, the rugby players can either run with the ball or kick it. .

Another set of Tournament Rules for Rugby World Cup 2007 states that rugby is a rough game. And owing to this fact usage of most kinds of the game gears such as padding or helmets will be considered illegal

  2. practice, practice, and more practice.  work on cardio and core training.

  3. You gotta be really really fit. And you have to wipe this word off your dictionary: PAIN!

  4. Pactice Pactice Pactice Pactice Pactice

and a lil bit more of PRACTICE

  5. u have to run A LOT so i suggest running everyday and also lifting wieghts helps too

  6. Train hard. Both mentally and physically. Work on your speed by doing sprint training and on your endurance by going on long runs. You must get past a mental boundary stopping you from acheiving your goal. Build up your strength: do sit ups and press ups and (depending on your age and maturity) weight training. Eat well and healthily with limited amount of fatty foods but not depleting your body from the essential fat. Play as a team member and want it in your heart, you must ask yourself how much you want it, practice your skills, spin passing left and right hand, all the fundamentals and learn from the pros on tv. I personally know as I am a rugby player myself getting to national competitions that it is not all about the power, speed or skill but more about the will and how much you are willing to do to make it in rugby. Enjoy!
