How do i become a member of skate canada?

so currently im on badge 7, which is the last one. i skate at south windsor recreation complex. how would i become a member?

I was just visiting in Michigan. I took a trip to Windsor had lunch in little Italy.  I would suggest you ask one of the skating pros. in the complex or try another arena if they don't have the answer.. Best of luck and remember SKATE HARD!
