How do i become a member of track phi track?

i've ran track for eight years and I LUV IT!! I am interested in finding out as much as possible about this group. what exactly is it? and how do you join?

This is what the track phi track  is all about "Track Phi Track Elite,Inc. which is a non - profit community based program was founded in 1998. The club runs out of the city of Lithonia, Georgia. The T-Phi Family is a youth track and field program dedicicated to the development of each and every member.  This track club is developed with kids in mind. Track Phi Track is USATF and AAU approved. Our track club is small in number to give the quality training to each runner that enters the program. "

If you want to join you have to complete an online application and send in some money. Here is the application:
