How do i become a moderator on clubpenguin, like billybob?

And if you have to be part of the clubpenguin team how do you do that, without being in canada?

You have to be an active participant in the game. Just be kind and helpful and they will recognize you.

Do not follow the advice above me. You do not need to be Eighteen and it is not a paid job so you do not need to move countries to become a moderator.
