i am wanting to become a vegitarian... but my dad always cooks delicious chicken. i love the chicken. but i don't like the fact that i'm eating something that had been tortured for our sake...
i need some tips on how to get over that... an di like eating sweets, trying to get over that too.. and i am partly lactose intolerant... so the less milk, the better...

could you maybe give me some food ideas. and ways to not eat junk food... and i do not like soy milk, or soy products at all for that matter... so if you can work around that, then that ould be great.
